I made an inversion in my message regarding conversion of a signal 0-5V to
3.333-5V:

It should read like this:

First: Pass your 0-5V signal through an amplifier with a gain of
0.333, or 1/3. Your signal should be 0-1.666V.

Second: Pass your 0-1.666V signal through a summing amplifier (one input is
3.333V and the other your 0-1.666V signal). The resulting signal should be
3.333-5V.
