3.   Drop the float level
1a. Gas with a higher vapor pressure level
2.  Tad richer/more timing to lessen throttle opening
4.  Hidden tank with propane
1.  Less timinng (to reduce vac at idle)
Sometimes the winter blend fuel makes that really tough.
