Audi 4000/80, 1983 on.  Seems like it was used on
the KX, JT and JN engines.  This part is superceded
by 811 906 264 D.

You'd have to buy the Audi 4000 manuals.
An expensive proposition.

The above are a few applications that I saw with
a quick look at an Audi parts database.  There are
probably more.
