10,000 RPM

Ford has a production V8 built Police cars and Mustangs to handle 7k
over and over all over the USA and puts a warranty on it. This engine
will go higher if you bypass EFI but then your on your own . I think in
the price range that can be considered a high rpm engine. It puts a high
RPM engine in the hands of the average person. The Chevy Police car must
do the same.
