downloading timeout problems

Already using IE5, and you may be correct about the server being too busy.
Although I was told it was the lines getting congested due to traffic since the
company hooked up our Singapore office.  But the IT people said one of these
autoresuming programs would fix the problem (but they didn't have one or know
where I could get it).  So now I just have to get the Leechftp program and try
it.

you could update to ie5, but what your describing is more of a too-busy
server, the fact that it times out may really be that the connection/session
was lost entirely. how well your service provider works is another issue.
