<<I have been following the list for quite a while now (1+ year) in
hopes of
coming up with a diy fuel injection system for a turbocharged 4cyl
Volkswagen. The current injection is Bosch digifant that controls a
factory supercharger up to 11 psi ~ 160 hp. There exists aftermarket
chips
for up to 15 psi of boost ~ 190 hp. I am looking to turbocharge at 16 to
18 psi and hoping for 250+ hp (crank). >>

I'm your man. I can hook you up w/ the right people. So, want to turbo
your G60 huh?! Well, I have a TEC II and know what to do. I have an
Electromotive dealer/tuner that happens to be a friend of mine. He
installed/tuned a TEC II on a late model Golf III that had the New
Dimensions' Stage II turbo kit. Well, that 8v four banger was putting
out over 200hp at the wheels on 14psi. We backed off the boost to 11psi
and detuned it for the customer a bit (~180hp @ wheels). He can still
spin the tires like crazy, even w/ the Quaife LSD.

We're working on developing a TEC II set-up for the Corrado G60 because
others are doing what you want to...and there's a need. Have you
installed any kind of engine mods yet? Most people are happy w/ a Stage
III supercharger pulley and chip (17psi boost, 220hp). Especially a
Garrett chip. Garrett Lim is simply the best Bosch programmer around.
Hands down. VW/Audi/Porsche/BMW/Ferrari...anything European, it doesn't
matter. You can check out the Corrado G60 he tuned at his web page. W/ a
Group 'N' cylinder head...it was making 250hp @ wheels! From a standard
size G-Lader. Imagine what a GT1 G-lader (83mm vs. 60mm diameter) and a
1.9L block would do. We'll see, we're working on it! He he.

You might want to subsribe to the Corrado Club of America internet
mailing list. You can ask the G60 guys questions.
