Toothed wheel goes where?.
For DIS, you need to locate a particular engine firing, ie #1 cylinder fire,
and
use that to synch all the future cylider firings.  So you need, camshaft,
and crankshaft.  It's 45d in the distributor since it's turning 1/2 crank
speed.
