Holley 4tbi to 7747

Here is probably a simple question, but here we go.  How would a 
person go about adapting a Holley 4 barrel throttle body 
injection(just the throttle body) to a 7747 computer?  Would the 
computer be enough to run the four injectors?  I know Howell does 
something like this but want to do it my self.
