It does in practical application.  I have some experience
with the Haltech Electromotives, but even though I'm slowly
being labled as "the turbo guy" its not with OEM stuff,
that's for sure.  I'm sooooo green in that area.  But I'm
learning fast.

And it was all junkyard parts, all except the wiseco pistons
and the appropriate pins, and the EFI controller. 
Everything else was junkyard parts, magnifluxed, machined,
etc, but still junkyard parts.  See, not always, but if I
can coerce certain friends to participate, I have access to
nasty machining equipment with minimal/no cost, so that's
where I saved bundles.
