How easy would it be to swap a 4L60e for a 4L80e

Nobody seems to have mentioned this yet, but the 4L60(700R4) or 4L60E
have different 1st gear ratios than the TH400 based 4L80E.
If I remember correctly, the 4L60 is 3.4:1 and the 4L80 is around 2.8:1
