You forgot something! The injector duty cycle must be plugged in to the formula
too.

You had:

So I have flow (lb/hr) = HP x .55
                         --------
                            8

You should have:

lb/hr = (est. Hp) x (BSFC)
            ( #cyl ) x (duty cycle)

Multiply the lb/hr flow by 10.515 to get cc/min. This is what the injectors will
flow AT RATED PRESSURE.


So, for an 80% duty cycle, should be:

     (lb/hr) = HP x .55(forced induction)
                --------
               8 x (.80)
