Actually fluorescent lights flicker on and off 120 times a second.
Fluorescent lights flicker on the positive side AND negative side of the power
"sine" wave or twice during a cycle (Hertz).  So it's 2*60 or 120 times a
second.

Resume DIY EFI!!!!!!!!
