No there is nothing wrong with these figures. That is exactly the
pressures the manufacturers have presented. They can differ a 100 bar up
or down but they are in the ballpark. VW has said they use 2050 bar for
their new diesel.

Even old diesels use alot more than 20 bar...a few hundreds I think...and
even the old Kugelfisher mechanical fuel injection used on the BMW 2002 in
the 70's used approx 50 bar pressure to open the injectors...and that is a
gasoline car.
