Go to NAPA and ask for their lowest pressure Hobbes switch.  This is one
set to close (or open depending on NO or NC) at about 5 psi I think.  They
are adjustable from atmosphereic to around 10 - 15 psi or so.  About $25 -
$30 I think it was.
