Ed,  you can find such switches at OMEGA (1-800-TC-OMEGA).  As an example,
in the "Pressure, Strain Gage, and Force Handbook - Volume 29" you will find
part number PSW-521 on page H-7, for $79.  There are plenty of other models
as well.
