Not to worry mates,]
The Snap_on tool man claims that the diag tool companies
just won a big lawsuit that will alllow them to put MUCH more
tuning power in the hands of the "non-dealer" mechanics.
Also, if big brother is so against anyone touching the OBD-II
ECM's, what's the scoop with the Hypertech Power Tuner products?
They appear to be doing it okay.
