v8 block thread cleaning

yes I just waltzed through a Snap-On truck for 10 min, $300 later...
they do have a nice set of long bottom tap things made for this purpose,
sort of a thread chaser.

their handy magnetic light is $75, I 'd hate to ask what the vac cleaner is.
