BMW differentials (all IRS) are availible in:
2.79,2.93,3.15,3.23,3.25,3.45,3.64,3.73,4.10,4.45 ratios.

For a car with as much power as that Z has, you'll want one from one of
the higher performance BMWs liek the 540i, M5, and M3.   I believe the
'94-'96 540i had a 2.93 rear.   The BMW USA webpage (www.bmwusa.com) specs
the new 540i as having a 2.81 final drive.
