[admin] What next.... (MUST READ)

Well, I've got a phone line (spare)
Pretty solid electric (medical priorty)
Time.
Trouble is equipment, knowledge
seems like others have the talent to remotely handle some of it.
Can a PC host it?.  I know newer better, but we got a tight budget.

Any ideas?, about what a min machine it would take/software, or just a
download transfer?..
