HI,
       As for the map sensor you just need a vacuum pump and a voltmeter and 
make sure as you're releasing the vacuum you don't see any dips or spikes in 
the voltage....as for the O2 sensor there are many ways these fail but when 
they get fouled they show lean all the time(low voltage 450mv or less all the 
time)hth's
