Blowing Thru A Holley TBI

That was very useful.
So- would you suggest using an external (manifold pressure-compensated) fuel 
pressure reg vs the one built into the Holley head?
Does anyone know if the built-in regulatro on the holley is ref'd to the 
pressure inside the throttle throats?
