Came across a data sheet, this may be just what you are looking for.

Bosch part no: 0 265 005 303
0 to 250 bar pressure sensor 

Bosch part no: 0 281 002 257
0.5 to 4 bar - output in the range of 0,5 to 4.5V.

Bosch part no: 0 281 002 246
0.5 to 6 bar 

These all run from a 5V supply and have on board signal conditioning. Of
rugged construction with an operating temperature range of -40 to +120
Celcius.
