TPS questions

Hi

Scanner readings of two TPS that I have show that
at WOT the TPSs output 3.63v and 3.75v respectively.
My FSM says that the TPS output at WOT should be
4.8v.  I am at a lost as why two TPS would be so
far off at WOT.  Any ideas?

Also, any ideas how or if WOT performance could be
affected when WOT TPS output is below what it should
be?
