I use Needhams (www.needhams.com) for a burner
They have Dataraser II for erasing them
Get used eproms.

Which tuner programs should I use and how much

Go to a MY 89 calibration, and drop the cold start valve.
Look at www.tunercat.com and TerryK at foothill.net

What diagnostic tool should I look into? Are there any

Only thing like diacom, right now is diacom, for what ya want to do. Unless
your an electronics engineer.
I don't care for them, but the product is good.
