Scarey as it may seem going to more cam, generally gets you more self EGRing
at low rpm.   As you rev the engine up there is even less sampling time, and
the effect of the ram does play a more dramatic level.  I just doubt that
you'd see it in response of the O2.

Just for fun:
Take a new 4 wire O2 sensor, hook it up to a power source, and just expose
it to like fumes from a cig. light, and then with the lighter lite.  Just
use a DVM, if that's all you have and watch things.  Any scope thou will
even be more damatic.

Note, to Doc:
Since the GN has a 0 overlap cam, might be interesting to compare that to a
"normal" cam
