Uhh, remembering the non-commercial policy that Orin outlined, I'll
just respond to the technical side of your question, and reply en
privada to the rest.

The module form, like the NTK "Blue Box", would suit your purpose.
It's "headless" (no displays), but otherwise provides the linearized
analog AFR output for logging. But we're not gonna get into the
already well-populated arena of dataloggers/datalogging software, so
you're on your own as far as what logger stuff you run on your laptop.
On the sensor/probe end, once again, for YOUR benefit, people will be
buying the sensors themselves at the very best discount source we can
find, which currently is: www.hparts.com . But yes, the proboscus will
be available as an accessory, and of course will have the flexible
snout, to maximize the range of vehicles you can use it on.

After a number of mishaps tripping over and in one case burning a test
driver's leg (he was wearing shorts, unfortunately) who forgot the
probe was there and walked into it, I'm SERIOUSLY considering making
the aft length flexible as well. This would allow the protruding part
to be bent as well, and help somewhat in the tripping danger, since it
would move when run into. No help in the burn exposure, tho. But the
thot is that if the aft end were bent up in an odd shape, it would be
visibly more noticeable sticking out. That's the hope.

Gar
