advice building up a lab

I get to buy more test stuff for the lab where I work.  I can pick
scopes and logic analyzers OK, but I don't know much about what's good
as far as soldering/rework stations, lab furniture, lab microscopes,
etc.

If anyone has some suggestions of places that I can shop please get back
