spark question: high current or high voltage

If you are spark igniting gasoline, then I don't have an opinion.  But
if it is propane or methane (CNG), then a shorter duration, higher
voltage ( capacitive discharge) spark can fail to reliably light those
two fuels.  A conventional ignition actually works better for those two gases.
