Halogen H7 - non-efi -help from Europe

I just picked up a German car with 2 pair of H7 headlight bulbs, 55 watt
- US Standard. What are the available H7  bulbs in Europe?  Any high
power or  high wattage or blue tinted?  What is the Euro standard?
Thanks in advance.  Tom

PS I'm running 80/100s in both other cars with no complaints. New
technology is great.
