Propane EFI - part duece

Question:? Has anyone piggy backed an additional injector to a GM injector?

Dry Propane has no latent heat of vaporization in the intake charge stream. I
am thinking of adding water injection - metered proportional to the propane at
part thru full throttle.

Since the hacked GM ECU ( maybe - part first working ) is setting up fuel
flow, if it were possible to use the pulse output to the TBI like injectors as
an input, and when a certain pulse width was exceeded, start metering the
water in proportion to the fuel the rest of the way up.

A peculiarity ( from several sources ) of propane is that as the temp,
pressure, rpm goes up, the flame speed and temp rise faster than that of
gasoline and thus the spark advance needed and detonation resistance goes down
fast.

Because vapor propane has no heat of vaporization in the charge, the effects
of moderate amounts of water injection should be very beneficial without as
much of the side effects of combustion cooling that water has with gasoline.

Simply using a small injector with a pulse former driven of the main injectors
seems as the easiest way to get proportioned to load water as I can thimk of.

Or is this totally out in left field.
