Been there, done that.
The Promgramming 101 was a huge investment in time, money and energy. We
started with several dozen volunteers, and quickly shrank to a devored few
(4 actually). Luckily the ECM GUY posted a hac of the 747 before we got
done, and that ended it. Don't take on anything your not willing to see to
the end, and that's a big meal of crow if it doesn't happen. Be prepared
for a ton of email for folks wantin more info then you have, and some of the
really childish ones will really get upset and nasty if you don't give them
their answers.
People will post the info anyway they see fit even if you say NO when they
write for permission to.
  Copy cats are everywhere.
If some one thinks they can make a buck on it they'll try to.
I will cost money.... If you really want to see it thru.
There are DIY WB O2s around, I'll never understand why they aren't
shared, but hey, that's their idea (BTW, I bought some sensors for a few
guys to develope a DIY WB O2 and have nothing really to show for my $ other
then receipts).
There are just a couple guys that have the working knowledge for something
like this, and rarely do those talents go unpaid. Or so it seems.
Folks need time off, and sometimes take on too much with the best of
intentions, but run out of energy when it seems their the only one trying.
Might splain why I sign things as
Grumpy
