Rheostat for flow bench

The injector flow bench article on the website shows the wiring diagram and
says to use the following:

100ohm, 20w rheostats for the injector controls
20ohm, 20w rheostat for the fuel pump

The parts list says something different.

100ohm, 12.5w rheostats for the injector controls
20ohm, 25w rheostats for the fuel pump.


Can someone tell me which ones are correct?
