Hi all,
      Does anyone know of a cheap and easy diy way to take a frequency
output and convert it to 0-5....I guess what I am getting at is there
something on the market CHEAP......say 1500hz-12500hz(12v pulled to
ground)and convert it to 0-5v so I can use it on this elcheapo data acq
kit...thanks

Just got a bingo card in the mail today for a free data acquisition
starter kit, including software _and_ hardware.  The hardware (free) will
do 4 single ended inputs +/- 10V full sacale, 2 digital inputs, and 1
digital output.  240 Hz sampling range.  The software will only allow
logging to disk for one channel, but of course for more $ you can get
un-restricted software.  Hooks up to the serial port.  Can't beat it for
the price.  I've alreay requested one.  Check out:
