Wanted: Daytona Fault Code Description

I have a 1988 Chrysler Daytona with 2.2 L Turbo I engine.  The FI computer is
indicating a fault code of 45.  My list of trouble codes doesn't list a
description for code 45 (it has them for 44 and 46 though!).  Does anybody know
why this code has been set and what it indicates?
