Check the various mail order dealers/companies for GM MAP sensor p/n =
16040749. This will get you a 3-bar GM MAP sensor. There are typically =
a bunch of them who will ship/sell abroad. You can plug it into your =
existing GM/Delco/Packard harness by simply grinding-off the orientation =
tab.

Also, they should ship to Finland.
I have run my self-made EFI with flap-type air-flow sensor, but as to =
my knowledge MAP sensor would be more accurate and suitable for =
