Does anyone have any experience with the National Semiconductor lm1815 sensor
used with variable reluctance sensors?  My students want to use this chip to
read the primary side of the coil as an input for their FSAE fuel injection
they're attempting to build.  Long, long ago I used it in conjunction with a
motorcycle VR sensor when I was
a student, but I haven't found any literature on its use when connected to the
primary side of a coil.
