need shop to install/tune Haltech (or other) EMS

Hi,

I'm posting this for a friend who's not on the list and not quite
as hardcore as some of you. He's looking to buy a Haltech (can't
recall the # but he had one picked out) and needs a good shop to
help in the installation and especially the tuning. He's smart but
not very experienced, and really wants a shop with documented ECU
tuning experience. (This is for a turbo engine designed to run
20+ psi of boost.) He's located in Birmingham, Alabama, about
170 miles west of Atlanta. The ideal shop would be in that area.
He has located at least one candidate shop much further away (Miami),
but would prefer someplace closer so he can remain on site or at
least in the area while the work is done.

Also I do not believe he's dead set on Haltech, as long as the
shop can demonstrate that another system will do the job, and they
have documented experience setting it up on a turbo car.

If you can suggest a shop, please reply to me directly if possible.
