lots of newbie questions

Hi my name is Matthew Green. i am just getting into all this efi stuff
the problem i got is .. i am trying to put a Vauxhall 16v 2.0 ECO TECH
engine
into my Mini.

The engine itself came with all the injection system bolted to it. And i was
planing on running
the standard ECU and loom. but it is very complicated and i can see it
causing me problems as
i am putting a custom manifold on which might upset the ECU a bit.

what i have got is a STAMP basic chip (BS2SX-IC) the 50 mhz joby... .with
all these bits i have
do you think i have a possiblity of getting this engine running ?

any help ?
