O2 voltages

Terry,
Used to always think that myself...but it just keeps it close. Like
Bruce says, it's to keep the converter burn going...that's what they're
really concerned about. Just enough raw fuel into the converter for
converter fueling, just enough O2 to keep the burn going...that's why
the rich lean cycle. More on this later....
