Bosch Injectors - The Whole Story

Hi all,

Perhaps it is time I gave you guys the whole story about my Bosch
injectors. I purchased a set of VN commodore injectors for my Fraser 7
(Toyota 3S-GE 2.0 Litre) because I am using Kalmaker software on a GM Delco
808. (Its long story, pretty much the entire car club was running carbs, so
I was going to be difficult and run quad throttle bodies on the 3S-GE).

The Kalmaker software comes with a set of binaries for V8s, V6s, and one
four. So I could get the base pulse width constant correct for this engine,
I took the CC rates of the V8s, V6s, and applied them to the formula
FUL:RUN:BPC = FUL:RUN:BPC * 2000cc / 3800cc. However from the fuel injector
flow rates found fuelflow.txt (On the FTP server) the original injector,
Bosch 901, has a flow rate of 195cc/min. I cannot get this to match the
formula in the Kalmaker documentation to run FUL:RUN:BPC. The formula is L
- Sec/grams, with the value range 0 to 0.3. The V6 BPC is 0.1300, the V8 is
0.1465 and the 2L is 0.1095. Now if the VN, V6 and V8 use the same injector
(901) why is the reading higher for a smaller CC rating 625cc per cylinder
for the V8 and 633cc for the V6.

I'm running so rich now I've carbonized two sets of plugs! Where to from here?

HELP ME PLEASE!
