Source for small throttle bodies

When I rebuilt the carb on my Dodge slant 6, I noticed
that the twin butterfly throttle body was a seperate
piece, a flat plate maybe 1/2" thick that bolted onto
the main carb body. It would be easy to adapt this
piece to just about anything.
I do not recall the carb manufacturer, but they built
millions of these things, so junkyards ought to be a
good source.
