SDS vs GM

I find this discussion very interesting for me. It is the same battle that I 
am going through. I am currently trying to make a stock VW ecu work but have 
though about going to aftermarket. Would a GM ecu be applicable for a 4cyl 
turbo VW? Would love to hear yes.

As far as SDS, everyone has made good points. I will say this about SDS, I 
know 3 or 4 people using it and they have been very sucessful with it. One 
guy has even gone as far as piloting his FWD VW rabbit to a 10.99 quater 
mile. Another guy has made 277 wheel hp from a turbo 1.8L 8 valve vw 
motor(in a street car). I have a personal friend who has installed it twice 
with good sucess.
