What?.
The sensor if half accurate, and not too heavily dampened should see the
latency of the ecms calculations.  ie momentarily lean as the AE correction
is applied.  If the sensor is cooled or what ever and that effects the
response O2 reading that's a problem with that paticular ecm, and not a
statement for all ecms/ WBs/
