? about Plymouth FI Program

I have a "93, 3 liter, fuel injected, V6 in a Voyager mini van that I
would
like to turn into a trike. The reason that I got the setup so cheaply is

that the engine has an intermittent idle problem.  I have the factory
auto
manual and want to get the setup working, in chassis, before I throw the

drive train at a trike frame.  There doesn't even seem to be a simple
reader
in the auto stores for Chrysler products.

Is there a simple program that I can put on an old PC and access the
control
computer.  I assume that I would have to make up a specialty cable, and
with
all the confidence of the uninitiated I can say that that part, does not

seem to difficult.
