747 injector drivers

[The Punisher]

I removed some components from an old dammaged 747 ECU today. They were the 
4 that are on the side connected to the heat sink. They all have different 
numbers but all have "BCEK" at the bottom. They are 3 terminal TO-220 case 
style.
I am assuming that they are the injector drivers. Does anybody have any info 
on these?
