another DIY eprom programmer

Here is another eprom programmer. This one looks simpler than the one Scott 
found, But it needs mods to work with 2732's(and a 30v source). Most complex 
components are a couple of 4040 counters (just bought some yesterday for 2 
bucks for a 4pack). Have not boult one yet but plan to start this week as 
soon as I de-solder the socket off an old 747 I use for parts(keep the chip 
in the carrier this way).
If anybody builds one please let me know how it worked out.
