Using 0xygen sensor to tune carburators

Hi list,

Does anyone know where I might find a procedure for using an oxygen sensor
to help me tune up my new Mikuni carburators. I have a 1970 Datsun 1600
roadster that I have increased the stroke such that it now is a 2.0 liter
sized engine. I need to set the proper jet sizes, and have heard that it is
possible to use an after-market 02 sensor and a dvm (or LED thing) to help
determine how to set the carburator jets.
