mass air flow conversion

Hi,
I'm looking for info about mass air flow meters. Specificaly the flow vs output curves for several flow meters. I wan't to convert my supercharged Porsche 911 from the flap (0-5volt) meter to a Ford style MAF. Thanks in advance.
