DIY-WB Mixture Display

I have generated some HTML with that info I mentioned about
the Silicon Chip Mixture Display kit (KC5300 by Jaycar). There
are a few other people who do the same kit, or you can get just
the PCB. Here's the first draft of that info:

Given more time I'd have breadboarded the design and played with
a couple of component values (around VR2 & VR3) to get the 2.5
volt range DIY-WB requires.
