Yes, there is a simple GP32 programmer - go to http://www.mot-sps.com, then 
do a search for the MC68HC908GP32 and look at the GP32 product page. You 
will see the applications note links near the bottom - in there is several 
descriptions for various programmers, including in-circuit setups.
